Sechaba Brewery Holdings Limited is a holding company with interests in two underlying operating companies, Botswana Bre weries (Pty) Ltd and Kgalagadi Breweries (Pty) Ltd. Sechaba has a 60% shareholding in the two operating companies wit h t he SABMiller plc holding the balance. SABMiller also has management control of the two operating entities in a hig hl y su ccessful partnership dating back to 1977. The joint venture has a proven track record of success that combines the ma nag ement, technical and brand-building expertise of the worlds second largest brewer. In Botswana the Group is repr esen ted with 4 traditional beer breweries, a clear beer brewery, a carbonated soft drinks production plant and 6 sales and distr ibution depots. |
